An uncontrollable reaction in an irritating situation? A reaction to a cause? A reaction from disrespect? Surely anger is a feeling that people would not choose, given the option of a different response?
“Anger is simply a tool – an emotion we’ve all felt at some point based on a situation that has felt unfair or left you feeling threatened. The feeling that can come before feeling upset at times. An emotional response to someone else’s actions or lack of. Sometimes a reaction to yourself due to an internal belief of a situation you caused yourself to be left in.
It’s okay to let that feeling sink in, alone. How you use this emotion can lead to chaos or create something wonderful.
Emotions are your power, it can be poured into someone else’s cup or used to nourish your own. By creating rather than projecting. Utilise it to understand yourself and those around you, even if they don’t deserve the understanding, this ability is for yourself.
Your mind is powerful, as is your heart. When they are used together it creates something truly special, an ability not many possess. It’s a psychological art form to feel in sync with yourself.”
